Tristan Lutze

Tristan is a Sydney-based food writer with over 20 years experience who has recently returned to Sydney after a few years running his own farm in the NSW Southern Tablelands. His writing can be regularly found in publications like Gourmet Traveller, Delicious, Broadsheet, and the Good Food Guide. In addition to his food writing, Tristan works as a recipe developer and copy writer for a range of different organisations. When not eating at a restaurant or sidled up to a bar, Tristan can be found at his local farmer’s market procuring ingredients for his latest fermentation experiment, or with a basket foraging for wild food in a forest, park or shoreline.
