Mandi Hickman is all about easy recipes — but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be fun. Here’s her spooky-shaped pizza recipe, which is great for a goofy date night, but definitely fun for the kids too.

Spooky Halloween Pizzas

Makes 2 pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 store-bought pizza doughs (or homemade pizza dough balls)

  • 6-7 oz. pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella, or more to taste

  • Toppings of choice: pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, sliced olives, chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, sausage, basil etc.

Preparation

  1. Place each dough on a large greased baking sheet.

  2. Using a pizza cutter, cut out the shape of the pizza into a ghost, pumpkin, or a witch’s hat. (You can use the leftover dough to add a layer of crust or to make garlic knots!)

  3. Bake the dough (without any toppings!) at 400°F for 8 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and top with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.

  5. Bake again for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  6. Slice and enjoy!
